VOD Recording Troubleshooting Guide for Operations

1. Remote desktop into 10.98.105.90 with Username: abs Password: abs123

2. You will see the Robotask application window as below. To check if the show was recorded compare logs in the Robotask application to the VOD sheet you have for the day. If the record on Robotask matches to the one on VOD sheet that means the show was recorded.
