Sporadic Emailing Issue in Outlook (How to change mail server in Outlook)
Tip: We have had issues in the past regarding Outlook whilst sending/receiving emails, where the error was "The connection to the server failed or was dropped", the solution was to change the server from mail.abs.tv to firefly.xssl.net. How to:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on File in the main menu
3. Navigate to Account Setting and choose Server Settings.
4. A POP Account Settings window will pop up as shown below, enter firefly.xssl.net in the Server field and 110 in port. Click on Outgoing Mail after.
5. In the same POP Account Settings window enter firefly.xssl.net in the Server field and 587 in port, then click the next button.
6. The details will be updated by Outlook and a message like below should pop up
