Issue?
Compliance logging is not working (Videophill) (Compliance recorder not recording)
How to:
1. Open VNC on a machine which has an office network.
2. Enter the IP 192.168.111.40 and press enter. A connecting window will pop up.
3. Upon request please enter the Username: admin. There is no password, so go ahead and press OK as shown below.
4. Once logged in please navigate to the 'Hosts' in the menu and select the channel you are having issues with.
5. In the videophill window, you will see the Record button will be greyed out and there will be no moving soundbars (meaning the channel is not being recorded.)
6. Press the record button and the channel should start recording as desired (look out for the moving soundbars, if they are moving that means the signal is coming through)
